The workings of the Holy Ghost

Have you ever gotten up in Sacrament meeting and wonder what you've said. I frequently get up to speak and lose myself. I prepare well, usually more than I need and then when I sit down I don't remember where I got everything I talked about. This is how the Holy Ghost works. If you are prepared and ask for his help, he will be there. I was asked to speak in Sacrament a few weeks ago and this sister gets up to speak for 5 min. 20 min later, she finally gets down. That left me with no time to speak, but as I contemplate what happened to her, I realize that she too experienced what I frequently experience when speaking in front of a group. The workings of the Holy Ghost are wonderful and awesome to experince.
